How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–20 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Germany and the European Union. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your address, just contact us before ordering.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we send a confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, as well as major credit and debit cards processed securely through PayPal. All transactions are encrypted.

Can I change or cancel my order?
