Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you're not, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, in line with EU consumer law (your right of withdrawal).
Return conditions
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email) is required.
- Requests made more than 14 days after delivery may not be accepted.
How to start a return
Email us at support@sarafinds.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days, and send an email confirmation. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days for the funds to appear.
Return shipping
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't take responsibility for items lost in transit.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@sarafinds.com with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.
Non-returnable items
- Personalised or custom-made products.
- Sealed items that have been opened for hygiene or safety reasons.
- Gift cards.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel and refund it in full. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
